It's usually "Is this Apryl?" "Who's calling?" "This is Joe (or Frank or Betty whatever name). Is this Apryl?" "Ok, Joe, who are you with?" "What?" "Who are you with?" "I need to speak to Apryl." "Well, she's is very busy. If you want to speak to her, you can tell me who you are with first." "I'm not at liberty to say." "Then I'm not at liberty to waste her time." click
