writing exercize than a true collaboration. So you'd want 4-5 people in on this.
There would have to be rules - ISTR a "collaboration" as part of a writing class between a man and woman where the man wanted to write a space opera and the woman wanted to write a soap opera. It was pretty funny to read (they swapped every paragraph or so), but it wasn't fun for the participants.
If we were to do this, we'd have to agree on genre and main characters at a minimum. Maybe some plot points, too. At least if we want it to come out as a cohesive whole and not a mess like, for example, Battlestar Galactica, Lost or Heroes... |
