Owe a touch to the feds (two digits - my old part-time job forgot to do fed withholdings), and are due a nice refund from the state. SonriSO thinks we won't see it, since our state has severe money issues.
Just thought I'd celebrate. *chair dances* Next year, I get a nice tax break in the form of a new family member. :) Wonder if it will outweigh the costs of little geekling-to-be. *rolls eyes* Probably not, but I wouldn't trade her for the world, and I haven't even met her yet. Yes, I'm a sappy mom-to-be tonight. I'm physically tired, mentally worn out due to excessive thinking due to the combination of a full day's work and taxes afterwards, and it's nearly bedtime. |
