It's also the name of an ISP than I block. by werehatrack 2009-03-31 15:55:47
I've had way too much spam from their IP space, and they show up in my hosting logs only in ways that I view with suspicion. Skynet caters to people who can't get a net connection any other way...and when I last checked, they still both directly and indirectly provided a lot of the connectivity to the African Gold Coast region that is still the world leader for 419 scams. Yes, they also serve a lot of other places, but given the nature of their connectivity and the ratio of content that's been seen, I'd block them at the peering points if I had the chance.
