my first, when I quit a job, was used to list the names of the male coworkers that needed to take "diversity training" because they were a lawsuit just waiting to happen (if it were a few years later, I would have sued - and won). Also, the young engineers all got salary increases. Things actually changed for the better there after I left.
Others, when I was laid off/terminated/whatever, were mostly to sign the various agreements (i.e. not to sue in consideration of my "termination package") that HR needed me to sign. Wasn't much of an "interview," but the HR weenies needed to justify their existence so they could keep their jobs. |
