no clue where the last thread ran off to, but i'm having to try to import the 2.8 million record, 314 row wide nppes npi csv file o doom (~3Gig) again. good thing i'm a code packrat. I still have the program I hacked together last time I had to do this. (complete with third party csv reader, the .net one couldn't cope with this) No clue why it didn't work last time though.
