I have a 29 or 79, forget which. I have had it now for over 10 years, the only problem I ever had was a dead battery - which is to be expected, eventually. :)
I love it - in addition to the usual voltage, current, and resistance measurements, it also does frequency, capacitance, and a handful of other things I can't think of off the top of my head.
An anecdote relating to the Fluke meters - a broadcast engineering friend of mine worked for a company and got a new engineering director, with no real knowledge of engineering - typical for an administrator. They put through a POS request for a new Fluke meter. Her reaction? "Why would you ever want something called Fluke?"
