based on "belief". A much different venue. Succinctly , the question was "Since it is on MY land, would I be at fault for allowing an action I believe was wrong but which the perpetrator believed was right."?

I say yes, and go further to say that in some cases land ownership does not matter. If I found a rape in progress, I would stop it no matter where I was or what the beliefs of those participating were. The only question (for me) is how far can this principle justifiably be taken?
