I'm getting annoyed with HP by vetitice 2009-03-23 15:11:58
Sure, they were nice enough to fix the known power issue with my laptop for free.

And when it came back from them with an optical drive making grinding noises they sent me a box to ship it back in.

And when I called to ask why they hadn't shipped it back, and explained it got damaged in transit from them to me, they finally waived the fee and shipped it back.

All well and good, but the optical drive now won't recognise DVDs, but plays CD-ROMs.

I wonder if this time I can just send the drive back and have them ship me a new one? We'll see when/if they call back.
