They thrive on mass hysteria and silly slogans. Atm people are discussing the possibility of lowering the age where children can get prosecuted to 12 from 15. Of course looking at studies that shows otherwise and have different outcomes, they tend to focus on slogans from the states such as "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime". They totally overlook the fact that their brains haven't even stopped developing and that they cannot consider all aspects when being faced with multiple outcomes. Danes are silly people.
