excuse. He MET the man. If you're going to slam someone for something, at least hit the right target. He's not reading what his staff feeds him. Still his fault, but not the way you're saying.

Denigrating someone personally for a professional failing is what I most dislike about extreme partisanship. (All sides.)

I've failed to find a job that can support me for nearly 6 months. Care to characterize me in the same way? It's a failure, and at least partially my fault, so what's the difference?
