          I never was a fan of "could you..." in that by Classic_Jon 2009-03-23 09:51:45
type of situation. To me "Would you.." is a stronger way of wording the same thing.

Whenever I see "Could you" I always think "I COULD, but I have other more important things to do" Whereas "Would you..." to most people implies a polite request for an immediate response.

I know that they both supposedly mean the same thing, but the way many people interperate them is different so YMMV...
