If you had an interview already then describe it as if it was the interviewers view of you: "$person convinced me that I fit very well into the position. I am highly..." When asked what the interviewer said you tell them that he described duty, tools, times of work, coworkers and company and it fits perfect into what you think of your skills and personality. Thus you were convinced by him to shortlist this position.
