Sorry if this is ringing, but I just came across this.

I'm not sure what to think of this--it suggests that people are already being monitored much more closely than I'm used to or comfortable with; and if there's the potential for unreviewed changes to be made to data, or for long-term retention, I'm more than a bit suspicious. Comments?
