That sounds like big brother. It depends on the exact implementation details though. If it's purely just a standardized way of storing and transmitting data, then fine. Nothing more than we have now. However, if it ends up that the standardized way of storing and transmitting data is a centralized federal database, then I think there's a problem. I haven't read enough to understand that.
What I have read, I don't like. Not because of the words, or the neutral/positive implementation possibilities. But because of the potential negative implementations. I don't trust the Government to not screw us over.
