Go read the bill and check out the pages she references, but be sure to go back and look at what section each one is in.

My take: If she went screaming through this bill, looking at random pages, I can see how she would make some of the mistakes in interpretation that she apparently did. If she read the whole bill, and still thinks that those pages she mentioned says what she makes it out to say, I feel for her.
