She was the first person to suspect Im Aspie after Bro was diagnosed and she read the literature around it.
Something has changed recently im not quite seeing. Shes getting more irritable around me and seems to understand things less.
With the bank, she honestly does not see what she did wrong, and why I reacted that way then, and why I was cross with her when we left the bank with an appointment to open the savings account and bring the correct ID.
I tried to explain she just said Learning disabled without explaining where the issues were, except to say I'd gotten into trouble with my last bank and I wanted my own account 'to give her some measure of independance' (grr) made me sound like im too stupid to make my own desisions or take in complicated stuff like talking to people. And shushing me only emphasised the point.
Anyway when i do go back im armed with the details of the sort of account I want, and just about every damn thing on their ID list. Im leaving with an account I can hook into paypal, or im not leaving :P |
