Also, liberally sprinkling what you're saying with "you know" when I honestly don't know doesn't help convey much information. Please, take a breath, think first then open your mouth. I'd rather you spend two minutes slowly explaining something to me in reasonably precise language rather than have you bombard me for thirty seconds with a frantic "you know you know you know that thingmajig you know". :p
