I went into the sort of meltdown that was described in the burnout symptoms thread in here in the past month.
It took a long time to pull myself out of that after I was fired, and volunteering at dtech and the Princes trust thing I did was a major part of that.
This is why it upsets me more when I find myself in the sort of Low I was in back there after the year at st Loyes with the tutor giving me a hard time constantly and all of that. I dont want to be this person. I want to be who I was at dtech. Confident, happy, useful, chilled out. In a healthy routine again.
I think im becoming more Aspie too - I caught myself in some sort of wierd loop when out with my mother. We'd gone into her bank to try and see if we can get me out of the Barclays for good and into an account which isnt as limited, but still wont let me go overdrawn.
She was explaining what we were after but getting it wrong, and shushed me when I tried to correct her. I went into a loop where all I could say and think was "It's not gonna work" when he was talking about a savings account which needed £100 to open it.
Not suitable for the purpose. I want away from savings account, and they do have the sort of account im after. but I'd been shushed and he was talking to my mother not me because I was learning disabled, and the whole emotional overload of upset, angry and feeling I was being used to earn some commission by shoving me into an account that was not suitable just looped me. I think I was rocking too.
I've NEVER been that bad in my entire life.
