If it is smart enough to move the logical sector that contains the swap file around between different physical sectors then you're never going to wear it out.

If on the other hand it's stupid and keeps writing to the same physical address in the chips then it may be possible to wear that sector out after a few years of up time if it is hitting it hard.

But in that situation all that happens is that there is a write verification error, the drive marks that sector as bad and stops using it. Your drive now has a tiny bit less usable space on it, not exactly a big deal. Expecting a drive to still have zero bad sectors after a couple of years of heavy use is a little unrealistic for any technology.
