He has brilliant plans, but they're all either thwarted by his arch-nemesis, an Earthling who makes "The X-Files" look like "Sunday Morning with the Farm Report", or by Gir's own amuzing ineptness.
Go to Amazon, buy the 3 DVD Series set, and be prepared to LYAO.
As far as getting the Bonk-SqueakA Hammer, I just bought mine from Border's Books for $4 from their clearance bin.
