Where those others were clinical terms that became insults by usage, the term 'haplophobe' is an insult that has seen usage as a clinical term. However, I don't think it has appeared in an authoritative, comprehensive text such as the CMDT.

The example cited of its usage in a medical textbook appears to be legitimate; however, I'll reserve judgment until I see more definitive citations.
