        Cache isn't "commit charge" by hobbs 2009-02-10 13:22:40
because cache pages can be discarded and reloaded from disk later -- after all, they're only cache. "Commit charge" is the pages that, if you wanted to evict them from memory, you would have to write them to swap first.
