take the written part of the test, walk outside with a trooper and run through the driving part....Or at least it was last time I know someone took it. Some Drivers Ed courses even pass you on the driving part and all you have to take is the written at DMV. I took the MSF motorcycle course that counted as my "driving test" and went to DMV, took the written part and had my M endorsement.
