Not at all. Nothing broadcasts a lack of commitment to the process like a resume full of typos, and you're totally justified in insisting on better. Especially for a position where clarity in notes on customer files is so crucial.

I threw away a resume once because the applicant used Comic Sans MS. Now *that's* a jerk. ;)
