Redo you CV by abaron2009-02-10 11:32:26

I retailor my CV for every job I apply for to sell myself as best I can. I've done exactly that, I list all the things I can do and write about why I can use them with the relavent ones.

A recruitment company called me and was disappointed I had no experience by the tone of their voice... but they sent me a quick questionnaire with about 15 technical programming questions on. I knocked out a reply and sent it back and got a call almost immediately saying "Damn, we didn't realise you were that good.".

Employers! yoohoo! I can program and do IT support! Just give me a chance to prove it ;(

(Sorry, I sound kind of arrogant but honestly it's just that I am not a fresh cadet just out of university who knew nothing went he started and only what he learned when he graduated...)

I really appreciate all this advice though.
