From what I understand the purpose of the press-conference was not to inform those who are already informed about the stimulus package, but to inform those who only have heard distorted sound-bites about it. You keep jumping to the topics unrelated to the stimulus package, even though it was clear that Obama wants to take/present them one at a time.
