Let me rephrase:

Do we know anything more about specifics of what he wants to do? How can he say what will happen when congress has not passes a final version of the bill? Talking about what you *WANT* to do is IMO a lot different than actually *DOING* it.


In short, Did we come away from the speech/press conference with more information about anything than we had before? If the answer is No, then what was the purpose, what did it accomplish if his Treasurey sec. is going to speak today?
If the answer is Yes we do know more than we did before the speech, what is it that we learned that we did not already know?
