what they did and how they did it is TOTALLY against every reg or bit of common sense I know about or can even remotely justify. Generally they cant even bust you for being a hooker till you have agreed to accept cash or favor for act (and the working girls dodge of calling it a loan isn't a dodge). Unless you are a known working girl. Most often what happens is they catch the john trolling and then pinch the john for soliciting and the girl for hooking. as for roughing up some one for hooking thats just wrong.
