When I send in a help request stating that the 900MB file partition needs to be 900GB, do not just close the ticket out saying "nothing to be done". Nor should you forget to inform me of this. When I call 2 days later to check on the status of my request and I hear this, do not be surprised that you are being yelled at. Do not act all shocked and surprised that I did in fact make note in the original ticket that the size is off by an order of magnitude, and yes it IS important. And whatever you do, do NOT hang up on me because "I have an attitude problem". I may have an attitude, but you are the problem.
