When Bush said we had to do something immediate or bad things would happen, he was a fear mongerer. When Bush and other officials were in front of microphones every day calling for Congress to act immediately, he was being hasty. When Congress wrote him essentially a blank check for the invasion of Iraq, it was his fault. I'll be interested if the same standard applies to this Messiah after the blank check is spent.
