My new, Nuke&Pave install F4ed up AGAIN! <Rant> by Abig Rock 2009-02-10 07:26:01
Just finished installing a clean spanking shiny new XP install with all the lateste patches and drivers. Had all my basic programs (firefox, Gimp, Infraview, Thunderbird) and all the latest drivers from about 30 different manufacturer websites, and was just getting to install my games and something F4ed up and now it keeps re-booting.

I'm stuck using dads computer until I get mine ripped apart *with a fire ax) cleaned and stripped down to the bare minumim and then rebuilt from the ground up.

If last install was anything to go by, I expect that it will take another 4 days of installing AFTER I finish cleaning all the hardware.</rant>

I do need XP installed, but how hard is it for a noobie to set up a dule boot? and which linux is best for a XP user?
