| The Cato Institute (IIRC) did slam Bush's shenanigans (political, economical, and military) when that involved bigger government, and more government spending, so there is no surprise that they will continue arguing against government spending, period. Unlike all those who rubber-stamped all of Bush's legislation, and now suddenly start claiming that "we have always been at war with Eastasia" |
