If a Help Desk tech notifies you of a problem with your application that he needs your help with, no matter how stupid or trivial or whatever you might think it is, <rant>PLEASE FRELLING RESPOND TO THE TECH'S EMAIL!!!!!!</rant>
*breathes deeply* Very few things annoy me as much as a developer or project head that won't respond to my emails. I don't even expect an immediate response...same-day or even next-day would do perfectly. I've been trying to reach this guy since Monday, and he hasn't responded to me yet... >.<
