I need to ship out a package via UPS. No problem, go on their website, find a UPS store that I pass under on my way to work, exit the subway, walk a bit, drop the package off, walk another bit, get back in the subway, and be on my way. Except the store was supposed to open at 8:30, and at 8:45 I arrived to find it locked and deserted. Nice going - is that also how you treat your parcels? "Meh, if I don't show up to work, I'm sure they'll magically ship themselves!"
