evaluations. Opened up my envelope and there were two. One for the assistant foreman, and one for the foreman, my direct supervisors. They knew it was coming, but not who was going to evaluate them and were being much better than normal. It won't work on me as I tell it like it is. The evaluations go directly to the President of the company. :)
