How does that definition of Crazy/insanity go? by Classic_Jon 2009-02-03 10:15:56
Oh yeah...
"Crazy/insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result each time."

Merchant has been faxing me the *same statement* for two days and I have been telling the manager and the owner of that store...for TWO DAYS, at least 5 times a day!!, that the document they are faxing me does not show the information I need and they need to fax me $other_page.

I finally said just a little while ago. "Sir, you have faxed me the same page for two days, multiple times a day. If you continue to fax me the same page, I will have to continue to give you the *same answer* I have been giving you. If you fax me $other_page that I have been asking for, then we can move forward."

His response: "Oh! ok, I will get you $other_page in about 15 minutes." *bam* I get the right page and they are fixed....WTH??? Why was that SOoooo hard??

*head desk*
