With other cells it makes a faint sound like "tshhhhhh bzzzzzz tshhhhhhh bzzzzzz ....etc"
With these ones it just makes a lower "bzzzzz" sound. I should maybe try with an ammeter to see how much current is moving through there, but it seems like it's not accepting them.
