Management fighting over which team owns him mentioned above. Chronically ill Not his fault but he should probably have been let go with a medical package years ago. Utterly useless but mildly disabled. Has been passed from team to team for years because he is just so hopeless. When a domino admin is asking the serice desk for advice on numerous notes issues... Mild physical disability has left managers unwilling to try to put him on performance management as the first step to being let go for non-performance. Lies to change management to get pet projects through We're currently rolling Lotus Notes 8.0.2 out because he insists that there are no issues. Should I mention that CM don't listen to the service desk even when we all say the same thing...
