He asks many loaded questions of the "guiding you to where I want you to be" variety. Check tomorrow's Dilbert blog, if not the end of the one quoted, to find out where he was trying to guide you. Some of them are quite misguided IMHO, but even if his base premise ends up being flawed, unfair, completely wrong, or just plain offensive, SOMEWHERE in the blog there will be hidden a gem of interesting insight.
