Too many companies already have that one as a policy...which I don't mind if it's done while I'm on the clock and has no impact on pay grade or promotion. But when they say (as at least one place near here does) "one of the major benefits of working here is the membership in the health club across the street, and you're expected to use their services at least three times per week" I'm not so enthused. (In fact, I'd say that the nicest response I can muster is "underwhelmed.") Yeah. Three visits per week on your own time. Makes you want to ask if the rest of the benefit package includes lube.
