By saying the Muslim may or may not be a terrorist, you've already added weight against that option -- you've planted doubt about how safe it will be to live next door to the guy. On the other hand you're saying the atheist will give you free stuff. That said, I WAS living next door to a immigrant Muslim family as recently as December! It was the a7 white trash on the next floor that got us to move.
