Nothing, as long as you don't use the name/logo. by esbita 2009-01-29 12:53:27
I could set up a posh little kiosk with cute "chalkboard" menu, lots of syrup choices, and white paper cups with some pretty green logo on it.

I could call it 'Bita's Caffeine Corner. I could probably even still call the sizes "tall, grande, venti" and still get away with it. If I left *no sign at all* on the kiosk and just kept the "look," probably many caffeine-starved people wouldn't notice.

I could use their same d4 coffee, buying it at Costco.

So long as I'm not showing/advertising the Starbucks trademark anywhere, it's allowed.

The risk? The wrath of a customer when they find out they can't use their Starshmucks card there :P
