I worked in a gas staion that had reqular coffee and "espresso roast" coffee for quite cheap. And we had the little cups of creamers (some flavored) for free with that. We also offered "cappucino" from a mix out of a machine. The mix cost the company more, so the price for that was a bit higher. So people would come is, and fill their cups 3/4 with the little creamer packets, then add coffee. And insist on paying the price for the regular coffee. The company made us give them that price. The thing that bugged me most, was that they would rarely ever throw away the often several dozen little cups from the creamer, and would usually leave them strewn all over the counter, with the little drops left in them leaking all over the counter. Then of course, they would use the little stir sticks and leave those on the counter as well. And grab a stack of lids, put the one from the bottom on their cup (so they could have a lid that less people had touched, of course) and throw the rest into the pile of trash and goop they were creating. Then they would decide it needed more cream and pour out some into the drip tray under the coffee dispenser (which I very clearly labeled "NO DRAIN! PLEASE DO NOT POUR COFFEE HERE!"). And the pile of stuff would usually be on the section of counter directly above the flap marked "TRASH" or right next to the hole in the counter that led to the trash can.
