To be set in the world of the cartoon, using existing characters and to be judged on creativity, humor and consistancy with the cartoons so far (No making Stef an evil genious, for example). Is 200 words too long, too short? We wouldn't want them to get too long. Judging by UFies with Illiad as final judge, or just Illiad?
