Is it possible to modify an Active Directory by hadji2009-01-29 08:27:01
Mandatory... existing accounts lack values... by bwkaz2009-01-29 08:53:22
I'm just getting really sick of seeing accounts by hadji 2009-01-29 09:03:41
with nothing more than a username which sometimes (but not always) gives a general indication (but not specific) of what it's for.

Ok, this account is called vmware . . . is it a service account? Is it critical in some way? Was it simply used for testing and can now be deleted? Who's in charge of the account?

Sometimes, even the username isn't descriptive enough for me to know what it's for. My inclination is to disable, delete, or change passwords to see who complains, but if I do that, will a production server/application go boom?

I need a clue-by-four.
