Sorry, I had to say that... :) But more usefully (I hope) is advice from a bread baker. You may have to work a little on the balance of things if you add cinnamon to the cider. In breads at least, too much cinnamon can have a retarding affect on yeast. It's certainly used in bread all the time so I'm sure it's possible to use in cider, too. It's just something to be aware of.
