I know that home builders need to make money, but do they have to make sleazy lawyers look like the poster children of Saints Weekly? After doing a little research, and by little I mean one Google search, we have decided that going with a track home builder would be the same as taking our money and burning it as a sacrifice to Awfler! So, the quest for a new home begins anew with low spirits and dashed hopes. Wish us luck. PS If you did go with a track home builder, I would recommend writing your congress man/woman and asking them to support the fairness in arbitration act.
