OK, C didn't have null, but how could one "compare" anything to NULL other than with != ?
It's a logical thing in my mind: it can be "null" but never "equal to null". So null needs a test "isnull" but not "is equal to <notspecified>"
Maybe it's a semantic thing in my head.

Can he do that in C# ?
