OK, since Radiowave911 turned the account over to me on November 17th 2007 in order to get moving forward on making a dead tree version of the cookbook I have made great steps towards formatting, arranging the recipes (my recipe for soup is under side dishes for instance,) trying to ensure that all measurements are marked in both SAE and metric units, finding a publisher, asking JD for cartoons, etc. We are finally getting ready to start printing...
...well, alright, you caught me. I've done jack squat. In the last (almost a) year this is the first time I've logged in to the account other than to change the password.
But I'm ready now. I'm sober, I'm active, and I'm motivated. By the last I mean that my GF has threatened to withold sex if I don't get on with it*.
So starting this weekend I am going to be setting up an outline and writing the introduction as well as a few short articles about presentation, chapter headings, yada yada yada.
Your job is to add more recipes soon so that when I start collating recipes I will have as many as possible to start. I also need to know who wants to help. I already have the following list given to me by radiowave911:

Hopefully I get further than he did in the two years he was taking care of it.
To anyone who changed their nick since adding recipes: I am going to assume that you want the new one credited (I am looking at you sonja!) if I remember it. Don't assume that I will remember it. If you want your real name used I will provide a method to do so at a later date.
Interesting stories about certain recipes (whether true or not) would also be helpful. If I think that some changes need to made to wording, sentence structure, etc. I will do them on the fly. If there seems to be an error in the recipe or I think of a slight change I will not edit the recipe without contacting the owner and obtaining permission.
If I forget to post this within 5 hours after rollover please repost for me.
